General

Balloonza is available on Android devices via the Google Play Store and iOS devices via the Apple App Store.
Please ensure your device meets minimum system requirements to download from the appropriate app store. If updates are failing to download, please try restarting your device and trying again. If the issue continues to persist, please reach out to us at support@bcreativestudios.net
Balloonza is currently available in English with support for more languages coming in the future.

Cosmetics

Cosmetics can be purchased in the item shop by spending cat coins.
Cosmetic purchases will transfer between devices if you’re logged in with the same account.
Cat coins can be earned by playing Balloonza, watching the main menu rewarded ad, and claiming rewarded ad bonus coin offers provided after finishing a game.
Cat coins can be purchased by visiting the in-game shop and clicking the "Get Coins" button.

Troubleshooting

Please try to terminate the app, then start it again. If this issue persists, please contact support@bcreativestudios.net
Please check your account's settings to ensure your profile is not set to private. If your profile is public and your score still does not display on leaderboards, please contact support@bcreativestudios.net
It may take a few minutes for the leaderboards to update. Please wait for a few minutes, then try again. Unfortunately, we cannot recover a high score if there is an issue saving it to the leaderboard.
Please restart the game by terminating the app, then running it again. If this problem persists, please contact support@bcreativestudios.net

Billing and Purchases

All purchases are processed through the app store where Balloonza was downloaded. Please reach out to the appropriate app store to request a refund.
If the issue is related to your payment, please reach out to the app store where the purchase was made. Otherwise, please contact support@bcreativestudios.net
